2014: TONIGHT'S MEETING OF THE HAMILTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY

We are really encouraged by the "uptick" in attendance at our first Monday of the month meetings of the Hamilton Township Historical Society. Our realization that bland, uninteresting and non local programs had resulted in fewer and fewer citizens joining or attending our meetings. Above is a dual graphic which shows the subject of tonight's nostalgia centered meeting and below, the announcement of the very successful Chambersburg on screen program which I dedicated to my dear friend, the late Maurice "Maury" Perilli.

Grateful thanks to the 40-Plus who came to tonight's meeting. A great time was had, they really enjoyed the look back in time. Most gratifying is the fact that we are bringing in citizens who love LOCAL history and I hope we can continue to keep those crowds coming. Thanks again!

Eleanor. So sorry I accidentally erased your comment regarding missing graphics. I found 3 of them and restored them. When you find these, PLEASE do not date them 2014. In order for me to find them, I need the date in the title of the gaphic: Example follows: 1914: St. John's 200th Anniversary. The DATE is critical to finding lost graphics. The others were able to be found without the date.

Sorry - I thought I copied the date of the graphic as it appeared in the title. Lakeside Girl
