1945: OBIT OF EDWARD C. SHARP

THE SHARP FAMILY OF WHITE OF HORSE IS ONE OF THE PROMINENT PIONEER RESIDENTS OF THE AREA. WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER BACK IN THE 1950'S, I REMEMBER THE WOODED ENTRANCE TO TO THE FARM. IT WAS KNOWN AS SHARP'S LANE. EDDIE SHARP JR. WAS A 1951 HAMILTON HIGH CLASSMATE.

1909: William Sharp's "SHARP ARROW"


Back in the early years of automotive history, Trenton had an automobile which was sure to give competition to the much heralded Mercer. The Sharp Arrow won numerous races for speed and endurance. Unfortunately, Mr. Sharp's limited financial resources prevented him from producing autos in quantity.
