The Glover family was still struggling from the aftereffects of "The Great Depression." Our vegetable garden (seen in the background) and our flocks of chickens and geese held us in good stead during those lean years. "Sniffy" was the love of my life. He was an unusually intelligent little fox terrier. Sniffy was so friendly and talented that someone dog-napped him and I searched the neighborhood for hours looking for him.THIS GRAPHIC IS FROM THE "NEIGHBORHOODS" FOLDER.
