I have always been fascinated by that beautiful historic building on Nottingham Way. I put together a Maxwell "cut and paste" photo of that structure as it looked when it was well maintained and in fine condition. the inn was a very popular venue for local residents who went there for formal ceremonies, wedding receptions, and as can be seen by the Hamilton Library files below the photo, open air concerts.
