Hi Tom: I enrolled in the journalism program at Rider when I graduated from Trenton High in 1955. It was on State Street and I used to walk home to West Trenton on good days. A lot of my classes were in big, beautiful houses around the small main building and I loved every minute of it. I know the Lawrenceville campus is gorgeous and you're right, it is a big feather in the Trenton hat. As always, regards

Tom:
I too took classes at Rider in the old barracks like buildings on No. Clinton, and Model ave, next to the forerunner of the Hamilton Hospital.
I always got a big kick out of thier skillfull use of the Mahlon Stacy Park in thier advertising, leading most unsupecting high school kks to believe they had a "sprawling" park like campus.
Go Broncos!!!!
Regards as always

Back in the day Rider was considered one of the best business colleges around, second only to Wharton School of Finance at Univ of PA. Busines owners from NY and Philadelphia sent their sons to Rider to learn "the trade."
Still a great university today!
