From the Hamilton Township Public Library Local History "NOTABLE PERSONS" folder, comes this reformatted graphic announcing the engagement of Miss Doris Tramontana to Hamilton Committeeman John K. Rafferty. The "First Couple" of Hamilton Township were a very popular pair among the citizenry of Hamilton during Jack Rafferty's time as Mayor of Hamilton. Back when the Kuser Tennis Court was in pristine condition, Doris and her girl friends spent many happy hours playing tennis on the Kuser clay Court.
