To paraphrase that old saying, "No matter how much things change, they stay the same." America has been fighting this budget thing for all of my lifetime, and I don't see any end in sight. This Maury Perilli article from 1974 adds credibility to the aforementioned "old saying." Maury Perilli was not only a great Hamilton Township Mayor, he would have made one helluva President.
