It is always nice to find a graphic relating to the development of a specific neighborhood. Here's a real estate ad from the Colonial Land Company offering a little bungalow for the princely price of $3500. I would assume that that little structure is long gone, OR perhaps it still exists in one of the many back yards on Edmund Street. Edmund Street runs from Newkirk Avenue past Sylvan and on to South Olden Avenue in Hamilton Township,
