1920: THE CONVICT SHIP VISITS TRENTON

In all my years of digging up local history, I could never understand why the town fathers nevr capitalized on the old Municipal Wharf down on Lamberton Street in South Trenton. At one time, it accommodated ocean going vessels. Above is a visit made by a British convict ship back in 1920.
