I have made a number of trips to New York over the years, always departing from the Greenwood Avenue station. I had never experienced the Reading station in West Trenton. Undoubtedly, a number of visitors to this site have boarded a train from the station shown in the graphic.

1930: THE NEW READING RAILWAY STATION IN WEST TRENTON
I have made a number of trips to New York over the years, always departing from the Greenwood Avenue station. I had never experienced the Reading station in West Trenton. Undoubtedly, a number of visitors to this site have boarded a train from the station shown in the graphic.

Sometines I would take the West
Trenton train back from Philly and
call a cab to get home from here.
back when the R7 and R3 were like
3 bucks. In the days before the
internet, the National Archives
in Philly was an amazing treat..
and the Gallery Mall nearby had
every kind of food you can imagine.
The Free Library in Philly was good for family history as well:)
