From the "NEIGHBORHOODS" folder, and in keeping with my goal to present "Local History With A Personal Touch," herewith a photo of Margaret Bound. The Bounds were Hartley Avenue neighbors back in the 1930's. George Bound is a frequent visitor to this blog.
