From his earlier appointment to the Chairmanship of Hamilton's Development Commission above, Jack went on to be a vital link in Hamilton's Republican politics, serving as a Councilman, Council President on a number of occasions, and an unsuccessful run for Mayor.

1973: Old Friends are the Best Friends
