Mr. Hart had his office on the corner of Johnston and Walnut Avenues back in the early part of the 20th century. He was a very prominent person in Township affairs. The Hart's office also included a jail for those in the Bromley area who chose to break the laws of Hamilton. A similar jail was located on Schiller Avenue in Broad Street Park in the building occupied today by the Marine Corps League.
