This South Trenton family is one of the historic families of the 19th century. William's uncle was Adam Exton who was the founder of the "OTC" Original Trenton Crackers. Exton Cracker Baking Co. was located on Centre Street in Trenton. The building is still there and being renovated for future use as an apartment complex.
