As indicated earlier, I really find these early real estate ads of great interest. How many times have you driven through an area and wondered when the neighborhood was established? Perhaps it is just one of my interests, but I would bet that there are others who would like to know the genesis of Villa Park, Colonial Garden Farms, etc. This is the neighborhood in which my Uncle and Aunt lived for many years. I am forwarding a copy to my dear cousin to see if hers is one of the homes in the illustration.
