Fresh on the heels of posting the preceding post on the old White Horse Turnpike, I came across this photo from an un-dated news article. On the reverse side, there are references to WWI; hence the suspicion that this is a WWI era road re-surfacing project. I have no idea just where on So. Broad these photos were taken.
