THE ELECTRIC LINES AND POLES IN THE BACKGROUND LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE PHOTO IS FROM THE EARLY 20TH CENTURY.

Weren't those old floral tribute "over the top"? I'd say the florist can be blamed for the spelling.
"Vacant Chair," "Stopped Clock," "Broken Heart" were some of the more extravagant pieces.

Very possibly the funeral of Rev. Caleb Willey who preached at Pearsonville. He was the brother of Joseph E. Willey. I believe he died in 1908ish. Or, if later, the funeral of either Joseph or son Eugene S. Willey, both dying in 1922.
