Still another re-arragned graphic from a post card in my personal collection. This one of the "Old School Baptist Meeting House." I was particularly interested in the monument to John Hart. My dear wife's father claimed being a direct descendent of John Hart. Raymond Britton was tangled in the genealogical web involving the Van Liew family, the Harts, and other old names. His uncle Matthew Britton was the telegraph operator in Hopewell the night of the historically famous "Hopewell Frog" railroad incident. A letter he wrote to his mother was in the Britton family scrapbook, and I sent it to Mr. Don Sinclair in the "New Jersey" room at Rutgers back in the early 1960's.
