The epidemic of Illicit drugs will always be with us. As you can see by the clip from the library's "CRIME-MORALS-SOCIAL VALUES" folder. It is a never ending source of amazement to me at the age of 72, to look back an realize that I was never aware of the drug menace. I can honestly say that the only time I heard about drug addiction was when some of our boys in the military who were severely wounded and placed on drugs, became addicted. I never heard of any of my friends or relatives having a drug problem.
