I am completely fascinated by the early years of the public school system in Hamilton, Trenton, and the surrounding Mercer County and Central New Jersey area. Future posts will reflect this fascination. Our educational system has seen drastic changes over the past hundred years, and the many "Schools" files will most certainly produce some very interesting newsnotes of those dear old golden rule days.
