The "Poor Farm" referred to was located on Route 130 adjacent to Harry's Army-Navy Store.

Tom,
Is this the old Buckley House?
We moved to Crosswicks-Hamilton-Square Road in 1947. Dad built a house along the creek and next to the Turak farm on land ( 2 1/2 acres) bought from the Buckleys.

The large house on Rt. 130 that was Buckley's Tavern and lately The Savoy was always known as the poor farm. Lakeside Girl
