1938: North Broad at South Feeder Street

Here's another segmented view of the Battle Monument area of Trenton at the Feeder Street intersection. It would be interesting if any visitors recall that restaurant; that area was never a familiar section of Trenton to me. As usual, the clarity on this Maxwell photo is superb.

If memory serves me, this lumch room was owned by Big George Cokenakis's family. George went on to college, and became very successful in the Insurance industry. Like most Greek immigrants, they were a hard working, good natured family eager to become and assimilate to the American way.
