2012: LOOK WHAT THEY'RE DOING TO OUR CHILDHOOD HERO!
There was a popular song some time back, the lyrics of which went something like, "Look what they've done to my song, Mom. Look what they've done to my song..." Is it that 18 to 49 demographic adjusting societal customs and traditions again? Along with their imbecilic and sometimes disgustingly repulsive TV commercials that show a lady getting slapped in the face by a spicy, mustard filled sandwich, and another lady asking airline passengers how their collective colons are doing, or better yet, that same lady standing behind the bride and groom at a wedding reception head table and asking those in attendance about the health of their collective colons, they have now decided that Captain Marvel will no longer be Captain Marvel, but will now take on the unlikely name of "SHAZAM!;" which is the magical word used by Billy Batson to call forth the super hero.
