My mother and father were married in Christ Protestant Episcopal church back in the 1920's. At one time, the church was a very lively congregation. The beautiful building was built to emulate a typical British country church. The church survived right up to the early 1960's, when low attendance and inter-church squabbling resulted in the demise of one of Trenton's most beautiful churches. The building is still there and kept in pristine condition, housing an Hispanic congregation, and a day care center.
