She must have been a beautiful city back when the more affluent Trentonians lived in the area illustrated here, along Greenwood Avenue, Hamilton Avenue, and the eastern section of the city. Many of the mansions still exist, but unfortunately, a number of them are boarded up, and still another number of them are housing numerous families.
