Who knew? I did! What today is known far and wide as Hamilton's beautiful Veterans Park was founded way back in 1968 during the administration of my dear friend, the late Maurice "Maury" Perilli. Over the years we have been blessed to have town leaders who have succeeded in saving our precious farms and forests from the real estate developers.
