1935: FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT'S "STIMULOUS PLAN"

They say history repeats itself, and I believe that to be true. Even though FDR instituted the "New Deal," we see a remarkable similarity to President Obama's "Stimulus Package.Unlike today's Obama program, there were many government-sponsored "WPA" jobs created.

HI TOM....BACK IN FDR'S TIME DURING THE DEPRESSION, THERE WERE MANY OPPORTUNITES TO GET ALONG. I WORKED ON THE NYA, SOMETHING FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE AND MY FATHER WORKED ON THE WPA BUILDING JUNIOR 2 FOR A FOOD ORDER.
