Thanks to Rodger McMahon for this LEGIBLE listing of WWII veterans from the Broad Street Park area. How soon we forget! There were may of these billboard posted in the local communities of Bromley, Villa Park, Yardville and Groveville. As we moved further away from WWII, many of these boards were taken down and apparently destroyed. Imagine if we had stored them in a warehouse and were able to restore them and display them at Veterans Park or another local site where they would be given a rightful place in local history. I had an old out of focus version of this graphic where the names were completely illegible. Again, thanks to Rodger McMahon, (Hamilton High school class of 1950) for preserving this for posterity.
