2013: THANKS TO ALL OUR VISITORS FOR MAKING THIS A POPULAR STOP ON YOUR SURFING EXPEDITIONS!

As a well qualified 80 year old senior citizen, I do believe that this website and others that call forth memories of our youth are good for one's health, well-being, mental and perhaps physical longevity!  These memories are like spiritual vitamins which give us a fierce zest for living. It is really great to read the comments from visitors who write knowledgeably about subjects close to their hearts.                                                                                             Tom

  1. Hi Tom,

    Yes, you are a gem!

What you are doing is much more than beautiful nostalgia. It is a historical visual record of another time that will never return. Of course, it is spiritual, heartful, mindful and academic. If you did not do this think of what would be lost.

    Thanks Again,
    The Professor

  2. Tom, what you do is very similar to my forays into genealogy. Life is such a glorious trip to a magnificent ending.

    Keep on keepin' on!

    God bless

Tom: Your blog means so much to me. You are my link to my childhood and the Trenton that I still love. Those days are gone forever but, thanks to you, I can see scenes of my youth and can read your wonderful comments along with the art. I often feel at a loss because I don't know a darn thing about the old cars but I love to read the comments from your regulars who do. Again, thanks so much Tom for what you. Regards

  4. I'LL TELL YOU TOM...YOUR SITE SURE BRINGS BACK MEMORIES THAT WERE A WONDER TO ME IN HOW I CAME THROUGH. I'VE COME A LONG WAY FROM THE CHAMBERSBURG ERA TO WHERE I'M AT TODAY. BETWEEN YOU AND MAC, I FEEL LIKE IT WAS ONLY YESTERDAY. I WANT TO THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR GREAT EFFORTS. BEST REGARDS.

  5. Sorry to say, the last time I checked Mac, he stopped posting on his website. He is now posting on Facebook. Sorry to see him go.

  6. I cannot say enough about what a catharsis it has been to speak of our beloved Trenton on this forum, hearing from others who grew up in other parts of the City and sharing their knowledge. We have you to thank for this splendid enjoyable endeavor. I am most pleased and honored to be a guy who jumped aboard your magic carpet enjoying the ride. And by the looks of your picture, no one has enjoyed it more than you. And that is a good thing. Thanks Tom.
