1946: SO. CLINTON, RUSLING AND WHITTAKER STREET

I am seeing many "Coleman Poultry" ads and R.C. Maxwell photos of this intersection. 1946 seems to be a century ago when I was in the 8th grade at Kuser School, but to me it was "only yesterday."

    In my day The One Food Store was right here (its still there now !)..the triangular building was Levin Candy..Toms Record Shop , Stans Deli, and Lavinthal Shoes all right here..:))
