1934: HEY, I DO NEED TO TAKE A BREAK NOW AND THEN!

How I wish I had the back issues of the late, lamented "TRENTON SUNDAY TIMES ADVERTISER!" That series of newspapers were probably sent to the recycle bin some time ago. When the Trenton Times took over the "Advertiser," it came out with a true treasure that included parts I, II , III, and IV." Part III had "Trenton in Bygone Days." Naturally, every time I am in one of those Sunday papers, I stop to read the "Sunday funnies;"Etta Kett, Tillie the Toiler, Barney Google, and many others. Once again, as those of us in the over 70 age group will agree, we had great comics back in the day.
