1875 AND 1881: The C.V. MEADE ESTATE NEAR SANDTOWN

Above left is an invitation to a "Select Sociable" to be held "at John Woolf's, formerly the residence of Charles Mead near Sandtown." On the back of the card, in pencil: "Miss Annie Robbins Hamilton Square Mercer Co. N.J." The Robbins, Flock, Cubberley, Tindall, and Deatheridge families, along with many other old time Hamilton Square names were undoubtedly invited to that "Select Sociable."
