It is pure speculation on my part that this home for sale ultimately ended up being purchased through the efforts of the late Monsignor Michael P. McCorristin for use as the rectory for Holy Angels Church. I am sending a copy over to Jim Colello for inclusion in his extensive Broad Street Park blog which has a link at the right of this page.

1930: HOLY ANGELS RECTORY BEFORE IT BECAME THE HOLY ANGELS RECTORY
It is pure speculation on my part that this home for sale ultimately ended up being purchased through the efforts of the late Monsignor Michael P. Where is this house located? It reminds me of Buklad's Funeral Home on Broad St.

Prior to the rectory being built specifically for the church, the property housed the house of the McManimons which Edward Sr relocated to a site on New Cedar Ln at the request of the church.
