This is a scan of an old "nickel novel." Remember in the MUSIC MAN when the professor referred to the local young folks reading the risque "Captain Billy's Whiz Bang?" Well, if they weren't reading that particular magazine, they were probably reading a weekly magazine such as "Work and Win."
