Everyone has heard about Bob Hope's visits to our military forces starting in WWII and moving right up through Korea and Viet Nam. Bob had a bit of a tussle with Paramount, when they tried to get him to take time away from Uncle Sam's military to make a movie. Bob opted to stay with the G.I.'s.
