1978: The "Rafferty" of the "Rafferty Team"

It took a few extra minutes to combine this photo of Jack into this article on the Hamilton budget as it was unveiled back in 1978.

Tom Glover: Hamilton, New Jersey, United States; I am the Hamilton Township Historian at the Hamilton Township Public Library Local History Collection.
