Here are three of the folks I lovingly called the "kids in the nickel seats." We tried to raise money for the benefit of St. Anthony Grammar School by holding countless social events. I most recall those events as a founder of "men of action" during my stint as a St. Anthony PTA President.
Mrs Keirnan personally called me at home(she was also a leader invovled with the Altar Boys so she knew me well) and she asked me to be a model. I fiercly resisted but she kept going on about how cute I was and my very young mother was really asking me to do it. SO I obliged. Modeled a dress suit and a sports suit down the runway. Embarrassing. Fun.
