1948: (Circa 1948) ATLANTIC STATION GREENWOOD AVE. AND CHAMBERS ST.

This photo came from fellow historian-genealogist Alan Wildblood. We would like to know if any viewers can identify the gentlemen in the photo. These were the guys who went to the gas pump island, dipped into the window squeegee and washed your windows, checked your oil and water and gave what was known as "service." Right next to that red and white Atlantic building in the background, there would be an air compressor where one could get free air without popping three quarters into a one armed bandit. Who said they weren't "the good old days?"
