1915: HAMILTON SQUARE: A DRY TOWN
THERE ARE NUMEROUS ARTICLES ON THE TEMPERANCE TOWN OF HAMILTON SQUARE. REV. HOWELL WAS AN ARDENT AND CONTROVERSIAL SPOKESMAN FOR THOSE WHO WANTED TO KEEP SALOONS OUT OF THE BUCOLIC VILLAGE.
