How very interesting that a lady whose home was less than 4 or 5 blocks from my Atlantic Avenue home was one of the survivors of the Titanic disaster of April 1912! One of the very rewarding aspects of historical research is uncovering these gems which few of us know about.Digitizing these historical articles lends credibility to the slogan on my office door at the Hamilton Library's Local History Collection:
" Indexing local history one page at a time!"
