1870: A Tear Sheet of Local Trenton Ads

I find these old ads to be completely fascinating. As I recall, the population of the city of Trenton back in the 1870's was somewhere in the neighborhood of 30,000 inhabitants. Wild dogs were running in the streets, the butchers in the local center of town markets were driving cows through the streets of Trenton on their way to be slaughtered at the markets which were situated in the center of the city.
