It is to the left of the Swern's sign. There are numerous photos of the area in other posts. To the best of my knowledge, the house in the photo is just an ordinary White Horse residence; I believe it still stands today, behind the vacant lot which is today's Taco Bell establishment.

Tom GloverTom Gloverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01749723834326832799noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19041693.post-49244258797642923902012-11-06T11:00:34.724-05:002012-11-06T11:00:34.724-05:00THAT SHOOTING RON HAPPENED AT WHITE HORSE WHILE FR...THAT SHOOTING RON HAPPENED AT WHITE HORSE WHILE FRANK AGABITI, TONY GENOAY AND A FW OTHERS WERE BOWLING AND SOMEONE TRIED TO ROB THE PLACE. I am pretty sure that the future Sizzler is located just to the left of the Stern's billboard. In the picture, you'd be standing on 206 coming from Bordentown looking straight ahead to White Horse Ave. The Stern's sign is on Broad St. right next to the Sizzler.

Those houses I think are on White Horse Ave. heading towards Arena Drive. I believe the first house is gone and is now part of the Taco Bell property. The second house just beyond, with the higher roof, is still on White Horse and is the first house after Taco Bell.

JiggsJiggsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19041693.post-2413794060569714892012-11-05T21:47:59.261-05:002012-11-05T21:47:59.261-05:00I do in fact recall this interesection traveling t...I do in fact recall this interesection traveling to the late, great Seaside Heights. The big white building seen at the corner of White Horse & South Broad later became the "Sizzler" steak house. The wooded area on the left of the photo was developed as a town house community. further on down Broad St. towards Lakeside, was the Ireland (?) pre school.

Mike (the kid from Trenton) KuzmaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19041693.post-81879592424730691462012-11-05T18:59:04.761-05:002012-11-05T18:59:04.761-05:00Hi, I should have said my last game in the old lan...Hi, I should have said my last game in the old lanes ... since I enlisted the week after that 275, in 1959. I think I bowled there when I came back to McGuire in 67-69, when I lived in Yardville and on Gropp's Lake.
They had free bowling there, before their official opening. I bowled 19 games...plan was to bowl until I got my first 200 game. Game 19 was 199 and I had a blister on my sliding toe...so quit/gave up.
My last game there, was Oct 13, 1959, 275. Still in the little brown book from Ralph's Hamilton Lanes scoring booklet. :)
Great picture Tom.
