It began as a mission church from Calvary Baptist Church in Trenton. The church founders were meeting in people's homes in the Broad St Park area. The building became available when the Baptist Church in Windsor closed and was moved there in parts onto this site. The congregation decided to build in Hamilton in 1957. The current church is alive and well at the corner of S Broad St and Highland Ave in Yardville Heights. Thanks for publishing this picture of our old church and all the work you do to restore these old photos!
