This is a different version of a previously l...Tom:<br />This is a different version of a previously later picture of this view. Wonderful. Taken a year before I was born, and just a block away from the famoous event on Dec.15, 1933.<br />The Esso sign reminds me of my Parker School joke " Spell IPSO"<br />I P S O., "than why not open a gas station"! Lost my humor when they changed to EXXON!<br />This street, and the places herein were my playground in the late 30's and 40's.
