1909 AND 1915: PETER DOLAN'S HOTEL HAMILTON

For years I have been looking for more definitive information on the Hamilton Hotel. Peter Dolan hosted a hotel in the Bromley area back in the years when the Fashion Stud Farm was the gathering place for wealthy horsemen. His hotel was also a major watering hole for those who were involved in the horse racing game. For those who are not familiar with the Stud Farm, Henry N. Smith operated a race track in the area of the old N.J. State Fair and today's Grounds For Sculpture. As to the hotel, I want to say it is that beautiful structure on Whitehead Road near First Avenue, but I have not found evidence of that thus far. I'm still searching.
