1888: BROAD STREET NATIONAL BANK CELEBRATES 1st ANNIVERSARY

I have already posted a number of graphics relating to this legendary center city Trenton Bank that was a very important part of the city skyline of Trenton during the latter part of the 19th and into the 20th century. The building has since been converted into offices and apartments.

=====================
This from RALPH LUCARELLA:
MY DEAR FRIEND, SAM PAGLIARO, WAS THE ELEVATOR OPERATOR FOR MANY YEARS AND I ALSO DELIVERED MAIL THERE ON OCCASIONS. IT MUST BE CONFUSING TO OUT OF TOWNERS WHY A BANK ON STATE STREET WOULD BE CALLED BROAD ST BANK. THAT CORNER, WITH THE OLD POST OFFICE ACROSS THE STREET YEARS AGO WAS A BUSY PART OF DOWN TOWN. REGARDS.
