1940: TRENTON HIGH VS TRENTON CATHOLIC

Unlike my years at Hamilton High, Trenton Catholic was seldom considered the "underdog" in basketball. That venerable but unfortunately no longer with us boys' high school had a stellar reputation in nearly every sport. The above graphic has been re-assembled in order to replace the original Times column with was 12 column inches in length.

Hi Tom: Now you're showing articles that I can recall when I was a young pup. I'd like to comment on one of Trenton High's players, Frank Frascella. Not many people can remember when his brother, Nick was an outstanding player on Trenton High"s team. He ended up going to Wooster College in Ohio and stayed out there for years. Frank played with our team when he was a lot younger and latter went to work at Triofetti's and then for the City with Gary DeBronzo. They both were very fine athletes and I hope Frank is still around and healthy. Regards.
