EVEN BACK THEN, THE VERY TALENTED RIGGERS HAD THE WHEREWITHAL TO COAX THIS HUGE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THROUGH THE STREETS OF THE CITY. NOTICE THE CHAINS ON THE REAR TIRES OF THAT FORD "FORDSON" TRACTOR AS IT SLOWLY DRAGS THE EXTREMELY HEAVY LOAD.
