It isn't quite true that "some things never change." That guy buying a gun back in 1911 would not have the privilege of "plea bargaining;" that farsical loophole that is just one of the cogs in our overly lenient, but very familiar 21st century revolving door of justice. He would have been sent to jail....a jail with no television, or workout room. Additionally, he received a sentence of 10 years, he would be in prison for ten years.

1911: Some things never change!

He would have been sent to jail....a jail with no television, or workout room. Additionally, he received a sentence of 10 years, he would be in prison for ten years.
